Our return policy is designed to be simple, fair, and hassle-free—aligned with U.S. consumer protection laws (including FTC guidelines) to ensure your peace of mind. Whether you changed your mind, received a defective item, or need a different size, we’re here to help you with returns, exchanges, or refunds.
1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
To qualify for a return or exchange, your Calbanoaa product must meet the following criteria:
- Time Frame: Return requests must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date (as confirmed by your shipping carrier’s tracking information).
- Condition: Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging with all tags, labels, accessories (e.g., lids, utensils, care guides), and seals intact. Cookware must be free of scratches, stains, or signs of use—we cannot accept returns for items that have been used on stovetops, washed, or altered in any way.
- Defective or Damaged Items: If your product arrives defective (e.g., manufacturing flaws, broken parts) or damaged during shipping, we extend the return window to 60 days from delivery. Please notify us within 48 hours of receiving the item and include photos of the defect/damage for faster processing.
- Exceptions: Customized, personalized, or final sale items (clearly marked on the product page) are non-returnable and non-exchangeable unless defective. Gift cards are also non-refundable.
2. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Follow these simple steps to start your return or exchange—we’ve streamlined the process to get you a resolution quickly:
- Contact Our Team: Email us at service@calbanoaa.com with the subject line “Return/Exchange Request” and include:
- Your full name and order number (found in your order confirmation email).
- The name and quantity of the product(s) you want to return/exchange.
- Reason for return (e.g., “changed mind,” “defective,” “wrong size”).
- For exchanges: Specify the desired product (size, color, model) if available.
- For defective/damaged items: Attach 2–3 clear photos showing the issue (e.g., cracked handle, scratched non-stick surface, damaged packaging).
- Receive Return Instructions: Our customer service team will respond within 24–48 business hours with a prepaid return shipping label (for U.S. orders) and a return authorization number (RAN). Please write this RAN on the outside of your return package—packages without a RAN may be delayed or rejected.
- Package & Ship Your Item: Securely pack the product in its original packaging (or a sturdy alternative) to prevent damage during transit. Include all original accessories and the RAN. Ship the package within 7 days of receiving your return label—late shipments may not be eligible for a full refund.

- Track Your Return: Use the tracking number provided with your return label to monitor your package’s delivery to our warehouse. We recommend keeping a copy of the tracking information for your records.
3. Refund Processing & Timeline
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll process your refund promptly:
- Inspection Period: Our team will inspect the returned product within 3–5 business days of delivery to our warehouse. We’ll verify that the item meets our return eligibility criteria (unused, in original condition, etc.).
- Refund Approval: If approved, we’ll initiate the refund to your original payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc.) within 1 business day of inspection.
- Actual Refund To-Date Days:
- Credit/Debit Cards: Refunds typically appear in your account within 3–7 business days (depending on your bank’s processing time).
- PayPal: Refunds are credited to your PayPal account within 1–3 business days.
- Note: Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong product shipped, defective item).
- Refund Amount: You’ll receive a full refund of the product’s purchase price (excluding shipping fees, unless otherwise noted). We do not charge restocking fees for eligible returns.
4. Exchange Process
If you request an exchange (e.g., different size, color, or model):
- We’ll process your exchange once we receive and inspect your returned item (same 3–5 business day inspection period).
- If the desired exchange product is in stock, we’ll ship it to you for free (U.S. orders) within 1–2 business days of approval.
- If the exchange product is out of stock, we’ll notify you and offer a full refund or the option to wait for restocking (with no additional fees).
5. Damaged or Lost Shipments
- Damaged During Return Transit: If your return package arrives damaged at our warehouse, we’ll contact you with photos of the damage and work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue. We may require additional information from you to file a claim.
- Lost Return Shipments: If your return package is lost in transit (per tracking information), please contact us immediately. We’ll work with the shipping carrier to locate the package or initiate a refund if the package cannot be found.
6. International Returns (If Applicable) For international orders (outside the U.S.):
- Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer (we do not provide prepaid return labels for international orders).
- Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees associated with returning the product to our U.S. warehouse.
- Refund processing timelines are the same as U.S. orders (3–7 business days for credit cards, 1–3 days for PayPal) after inspection.
7. Warranty-Related Returns
If your Calbanoaa cookware develops a manufacturing defect after the 30-day return window, please refer to our Warranty Policy (included with your product or available on our website). We offer a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects, and we’ll repair or replace defective items at no cost to you (excluding shipping for international orders).
