At Calbanoaa, we’re committed to getting your quality cookware to you reliably. Our shipping policy is straightforward—here’s everything you need to know, including our guaranteed 10–20 business day delivery window for all U.S. orders.

1. Where We Ship
We ship to all U.S. addresses, including:
48 contiguous states

We also offer worldwide shipping to all international destinations.
Note: Oversized cookware (like large stockpots or 10+ piece sets) can’t be shipped to P.O. boxes—please use a physical street address.

2. Delivery Timeline (10–20 Business Days)
Your order will arrive within 10–20 business days from the day it ships (not the day you order). Here’s how it breaks down:
Processing Time: 1–3 business days (we inspect and pack your cookware—no weekends/holidays included)
Transit Time: 9–17 business days (time with the carrier after shipping)
Example: Order on a Monday → processed by Wednesday → delivered 10–20 business days after Wednesday.
Important notes:
Business days = Monday–Friday (excludes U.S. federal holidays)
Remote areas (rural Alaska, Hawaii, or international regions) may take the full 20 days
Peak seasons (Black Friday, Christmas) may add 1–2 days to processing, but we’ll still hit the 10–20 day window

3. Shipping Fees
We offer a fixed shipping rate of $5.99 USD to all destinations worldwide—no matter where you are or how much you order.
This flat rate applies to all cookware items, including standard and oversized/heavy pieces (like 12-piece sets or cast iron Dutch ovens over 15 lbs.). There are no extra charges for weight or destination.

4. Order Updates & Tracking
Right after ordering: You’ll get a confirmation email (check spam if missing)
When shipped (1–3 days later): We’ll send a tracking number and link to follow your package
If no tracking in 4 days: Contact us for help

5. Receiving Your Order
Orders over $200 need a signature (carrier leaves a note if you’re away)
Package marked “Delivered” but missing? Check with neighbors/building management first—contact us within 48 hours if still lost
Damaged package? Take photos and email us within 24 hours—we’ll replace or refund for free

6. Delays & Issues
Delays may happen due to weather, carrier problems, customs (for international orders), or wrong address. If your order takes longer than 20 days:

7. International Shipping Details
For international orders:
Fixed shipping rate of $5.99 USD (no extra fees)
Delivery takes 10–20 business days (same as U.S. orders for most regions)
You are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees (these are not included in the shipping rate or order total)

8. Shipping Restrictions
No oversized items (over 30 lbs.) to territories/military addresses
All our cookware is EPA-compliant (no PFOA/PFAS)—safe to ship everywhere in the U.S. and internationally
